Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Reduning injection combined with cefuroxime sodium in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with acute infection.Methods 98 cases of COPD patients with acute infection were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups received the normal treatment of cefuroxime sodium.Based on this,the treatment group was added Reduning injection treatment.We compared and assessed the clinical efficacy of the treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.23%,higher than that of the control group (80.00%).The difference was statistically significant (P<005),there were no obvious side effects in both groups.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of Reduning combined with cefuroxime sodium in treating COPD with acute infection is obvious with less side effect.The treatment is worth being applied.
