Abstract
目的 观察多焦点人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效.方法 接受多焦点人工晶状体植入术的39例(58跟)做为观察组,随机选择同期在我院行单焦点人工晶状体植入的60眼做为对照组,观察两组术后的远、近视力及并发症,术后随访时间6～18月.结果 术后3月,治疗组裸眼远视力≥0.5者46眼(79.31%),对照组远视力≥0.5者49眼(81.67%),两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).裸眼近视力≥0.5者,多焦点组为32眼(55.17%),单焦点组为7眼(11.67%),多焦点组明显优于单焦点组(P＜0.01).多焦点组术后有9眼出现眩光、晕轮等,但不影响日常生活.结论 晶状体超声乳化囊袋内植入多焦人工晶状体可恢复较好的远、近视力。
