Abstract
Background and Aims: Pulse pressure (PP) had been recognized as an independent predictor of CV morbidity and mortality in hypertensive patients. The aim of our study was to assess the clinical profile of patients with high PP and to determine the relationship between high PP and cardiovascular and renal damages in hypertensive patients.
