Abstract

Clinical heterogeneity of lymphomas is associated with both tumor localization and its morphological and immunological variants, moreover, in some cases with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS). As the immuno-oncology advances, the antineuronal antibodies were investigated. They are revealed in case of malignant neoplasms and explain the pathological mechanisms of PNS development. The presented literature review provides data on main clinical and laboratory characteristics of classical PNS associated with lymphomas and characterizes the antineuronal antibodies determined in patients with PNS.
