Abstract
Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) via next generation sequencing (NGS) has dramatically improved IVF success rates by allowing transfer of euploid embryos. Time lapse monitoring (TLM) of embryos during development is the most recent technology to be used as an adjunct and to assist in selection of the best embryo for transfer. Previous studies have demonstrated that embryos exhibiting abnormal cell division or cell fusion events have decreased blastulation, implantation, and ploidy.
