Abstract
喘息是6岁以下儿童常见的呼吸道症状，主要与呼吸道疾病有关，也有非呼吸道疾病所致。喘息病因众多，除气道炎症、病毒感染引起的喘息外，气道结构功能异常、气道异物、其他病原体感染及感染后异常病理改变、原发性免疫缺陷病、胃食管反流病、心血管发育异常等均可导致喘息。“6岁以下儿童喘息病因鉴别诊断和初始处理临床实践专家共识”针对6岁以下儿童喘息病因鉴别诊断和初始处理的27个问题形成共识，希望对6岁以下儿童喘息病因的准确识别与鉴别诊断及相应处理有所帮助。.
