Abstract
In Table V of the above article, the suggested titration rate for lamotrigine in patients receiving enzyme inducing comedication should read as follows: Enzyme inducing comedication: Start with 25 or 50 mg/day for 2 weeks, then increase to 50 or 100 mg/day for 2 weeks.
