Abstract
Objective: To introduce the model of clinical pharmacy practice in Department of Cardiovasology,General Hospital of Air Force of PLA.Methods: Experience of clinical pharmacy practice of clinical pharmacists was summarized by cases analysis.Clinical pharmacists should learn pharmaceutical therapeutic regimens of common diseases and characteristics of commonly used drugs.So that they can analyze prescriptions and solve latent problems,design the individualized drug administration on the basis of population pharmacokinetics,carry out medication consultation,guide patients to rational use of drugs and answer the clinical pharmaceutical problems consulted by medical staff.Results and Conclusion: The medication suggestion of clinical pharmacists is benefit of rational dosage regimen.
