Abstract
Aim. To reveal the clinical peculiarities of the course of community-acquired pneumonias caused by S.pneumoniae and S. aureus . Materials and methods. Over the period of 2006-20015, clinicolaboratory examination of 676 HIV-positive patients with community-acquired pneumonia was performed on the basis of Perm Regional Clinical Infectious Hospital. Results. It was established that the leading positions of etiological agents of nontuberculous etiology belong to S. pneumonia (30,1 %) and S. aureus (21,8 %). Conclusions. The clinical course of staphylococcal pneumonia in HIV-positive patients has a great number of complications and unfavorable outcomes.
