Abstract
In patients with recurrent lateral patellar instability(LPI), it remains unclear when adjunctive distal realignment procedures are warranted to diminish chances of secondary instability. The objective of this study was to evaluate the surgical outcomes after isolated medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction and identify risk factors for adverse patient endpoints.
