Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating cervical vertigo by needling acupoint Baihui (DU-20).Methods:Two groups were setup for observation.One group served as a treatment group and was treated by needling Baihui (DU-20);the other group served as a control group and was treated by western medicine.Results After being treated for two therapeutic courses,the cured rate was 34.92% in the treatment group and 17.46% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two group (P＜0.05) .Conclusion Needling acupoint baihui (DU-20) is an ideal therapy with a short therapeutic course,no adverse effect and reliable therapeutic effect for cervical vertigo.
