Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the suturing reposition operation for ciliary body detachment.Methods 22 eyes of 22 patients with traumatic cyclodialysis were treated with surgical reposition of suturing the ciliary body.The clinical data were analyzed and evaluated.Results The intraocular pressure in 13 patients were normal after operation.9 patients had high intraocular pressure which was controlled after treatment.The visual acuity was improved at different degrees in all patients after operation.Conclusion Surgical reposition of suturing ciliary body is an effective method for traumatic ciliary body detachment,which is beneficial to recover the intraocular pressure and protect the visual function if operation in time.
