Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous human immunoglobulin in treatment of severe H 1N 1 influenza in children.Methods 24 children with severe H1N1 influenza from August 2009 to December 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group (12 cases) and control group (12 cases),the control group only received routine treatment with such as anti infection,antiviral,atomizing inhalation,and so on.The treatment group used intravenous human immunoglobulin.The curative effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group,the difference between the two group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant effect of intravenous human immunoglobulin therapy in severe H1N1 influenza in children,worthy of clinical application.
