Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined use of Shenqiwuweizi tablet and Shensongyangxin capsule in auricular fibrillation (AF) conversion and its safety. Methods 200 patients, in whom AF lasted for less than 1year, were enrolled and randomly assigned into two groups, patients in the treatment group (n=113) were treated with Shenqiwuweizi tablet and Shensongyangxin capsule and the others in the control group (n=87) were orally administered with amiodaron alone. Both were orally administered with folic acid, vitamin B6, B12, aspirin enteric-coated to anti thromboembolism.
