Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with nursing intervention on aged chronic renal failure with depression patients. Methods A total of 70 chronic renal failure with depression patients confirmed in neurology department and nephrology department from January 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group (35 cases each) randomly.Conventional treatment, nursing intervention and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction were given to observation group.Conventional treatment and nursing intervention were given to the patients in control group. Results After one-month treatment, the effective rate of treatment on the depression of observation group was 77.1%, and 54.2% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The MMSE score of the observation group were (26.32±3.21)points, while the control group were (19.24±3.24)points.The AdL score of the observation group were (51.21±6.05) points, while the control group were (33.47±6.19)points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with nursing intervention can improve the curative effect on curing aged patients of chronic renal failure with depression.
