Abstract

Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on patient with acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Eighty-six cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease from June 2009 to May 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given traditional antibacterial agents,patients in observation group were given laparoscopic surgery,and the clinical manifestation disappear time,antibiotic using time by vein,hospital stays,B-ultrasonic examination and follow-up visit were compared.Results The clinical symptoms disappear time,antibiotic using time by vein and hospital stays was obviously shorter in observation group,pelvic cavity tumor clearance rate and recurrence rate was superior to that of control group,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery combined with antibacterial agents in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease has the advantages of smaller trauma,faster recovery,shorter treatment cycle,safer clinical application and exact effect.
