Abstract
Objective To observe surgical effect of conjunctival resection and partial suture for conjunctivochalasis.Methods 18 cases(36 eyes)of conjunctivochalasis were treated by conjunctival resection and partial suture under topic anesthesia.The surgical effect was evaluted.Results 32 eyes(88.89％)were clinically cured after the operation,and 34 eyes(94.44％)were improved.No complications were observed during the follow-up for 6 to 24 months.Conclusion Conjunctival resection and partial suture for conjunctivochalasis has good surgical effect with no sever complications.
