Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of captopril on heart failure.Methods Thirty-two patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) in Binzhou people' s hospital for routine anti heart failure therapy failed to satisfactory control,plus captopril treatment for 1-2 months and to observe the clinical effect.Results After treatment with captopril,heart function improved,the total effective rate was 93.75％,hemodynamics improved significantly,the patient was well tolerated,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Captopril in the treatment of heart failure is significant effective,convenient to use,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
