Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing of catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute pulmonary embolism. Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of acute pulmonary embolism were selected in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018, in whom 5 patients underwent inferior vena cava filter implantation and pulmonary catheter-directed thrombolysis, the therapeutic effect and nursing methods were summarized. Results All the 5 patients completed inferior vena cava filter implantation and pulmonary catheter-directed thrombolysis. The clinical symptoms of the patients were all relieved. There was no thrombus residue in the pulmonary artery showed by CTA. The effective rate was 100%. No serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion Catheter-directed thrombolysis combined with high-quality nursing is satisfactory for the treatment of high-risk and middle-high-risk acute pulmonary embolism, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
