Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect and operative technique of open loop minimally invasive surgery (TST) in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods 60 cases of hemorrhoids patients with TST surgery were retrospectively studied from June 2014 to December 2014 in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Changshu. Results The operation was performed in all patients, 56 cases (93%) were cured in January and 4 cases (7%) were improved. The average hospitalization time 7.9 d, no cases of postoperative urinary retention (retention catheterization), no postoperative suture bleeding cases occurred, mild postoperative pain were occurred in all cases. Conclusion In the treatment of hemorrhoids with prolapse and bleeding, we should pay more attention to the details of the operation. The TST operation has definite curative effect, fewer complications, less pain, shorter recovery time and other advantages.
