Abstract
Clinical legal aid in law schools and universities should be taken seriously by universities because it provides a platform for resolving the problems of the oppressed, women, children, and other people in need of legal aid that also pertains to human rights. Legal Aid Clinics may be the most authentic source of the dissemination of information pertaining to human rights and human dignity, custodial deaths, torture, and IPR violations.
