Abstract

Purpose: Treatment of hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer (HR+EBC) in patients who are unfit for or decline radical treatment requires careful consideration of tumour parameters against functional status, co-morbidities and quality of life. In this retrospective study we reviewed the outcomes of patients treated with primary endocrine therapy (PET) in a single UK centre.
