Abstract
Ultrasound (US)-based daily online IGRT is a user-friendly and noninvasive procedure. Comparisons between 2D-US and CT or fiducial marker-based strategies for interfraction localization have demonstrated that US was less accurate. We aimed to evaluate the clinical impact of a PTV margin reduction when delivering 3D-US-based daily online IG-IMRT.
