Abstract

Background: Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome is characterized by recurrent thunderclap headache and evidence of vasoconstriction with subsequent resolution. We sometimes encounter patients who demonstrate reversible vasoconstriction (RV) without typical thunderclap headache; frequency, clinical manifestation, or prognosis of these patients remains unproven.
