Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of montmorillonite powder in the treatment of oral cavity ulcer.Methods A randomized controlled open trial was carried out.Give routine treatment only as a controlled group was compared with the clinical effect and safety with montmorillonite powder as a test group.Results In montmorillonite group,the clinical effective rate was 90.6%;the fully recovered rate was 75.5%.While those of given routine treatment in the group only were 68.0%,36.0% respectively.Conclusions Montmorillonite powder is a kind of effective and safe drug in the treatment of the oral cavity ulcer.
