Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection on acute ischemic stroke and it' s effects on inflammatory factors.Methods One hundred and forty patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,including observation group (70 cases with conventional and Xingnaojing treatment) and the control group (70 patients with conventional treatment).The clinical efficacy,changes of inflammatory factors and NIHSS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After a course of treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P ＜0.05) ; the indicators such as CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; and the NIHSS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Conventional treatment combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,promote recovery of neurologic impairment indicators,and it' s worth to be clinically recommended.
