Abstract
收集2012年1月至2018年4月收治的452例乙型肝炎肝硬化脾功能亢进患者资料，比较患者部分脾动脉栓塞术前及术后1周、1、3、6个月外周血细胞计数及肝脏合成功能。结果显示部分脾动脉栓塞术能有效改善肝硬化后脾功能亢进，一定程度上改善肝脏合成功能，减少肝硬化脾功能亢进患者医疗费用，是肝硬化脾功能亢进患者行之有效的治疗措施。.
