Abstract

Standard treatment for early-stage cervical cancer (Ib2-IIa and IIb with parametrial invasion) is concurrent chemoradiotherapy and/or radical hysterectomy. The efficacy of intra-arterial delivery of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (IANAC) for this cancer remains unclear. We present three cases treated by IANAC for Ib-II stage cervical cancer, with results suggesting that IANAC is an effective treatment.
