Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of imidapril combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with CHF were divided into two groups,108 cases of control group, captopril combined with atenolol based on the general treatment,152 cases of treatment group, imidapril combined with bisoprolol based on the general treatment.BNP,hs-CRP,LVEDD,LVEF,6 MWT were compared between the two groups. Results In the two groups, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)was obviously decreased(P < 0.05),while left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and six-minute walk test(6 MWT)was obviously improved(P < 0.05).The declining of BNP,and increase of LVEF and 6 MWT in the treatment group was more obviously than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions Imidapril combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure must be much more effective.
