Clinical efficacy of dachengqi decoction combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

Abstract

Objective To explore dachengqi decoction combined with low molecular heparin in treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into dachengqi decoction combined with low molecular heparin in treatment group (63 cases),verapmmy therapy group (35 cases),gabexate mesilate in treatment group (52 cases).Compare the three groups' efficacy.Results Effective rate were 92.7％ in the dachengqi decoction combined with low molecular heparin treatment group,in verapamil treatment group were 82.2％,in gabexate mesilate reatment group were 62％.Dachengqi decoction combined with low molecule heparin therapy were obviously better than that of verapammy therapy group and gabexate mesilate group.There were significantly difference among these three groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Dachengqi decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin is effective treatment of acute pancreatitis.
