Abstract
胆管细胞癌是临床相对少见的一类胆管细胞来源的恶性肿瘤,临床确诊时75%病人已丧失手术机会[1],以氟尿嘧啶、顺铂为基础的化学治疗有效率为10%～15%[2].寻找新的、有效的治疗方案是目前该领域重要任务.2000年3月至2004年12月笔者采用吉西他宾联合希罗达治疗复发或转移性胆管细胞癌41例,现将结果报告如下。
