Abstract

Objective To address the rapid pressure steam sterilizer chemical indicator within the color uneven impact Sterilization monitoring.Methods Chemical indicator paper test was group box 1, sterilization chemical indicator an empty tube with a syringe fuerilization was test group 2, exposed place of conventional chemical indicator was control 3.After 105 pot times sterilization, in the case of temperature measurement qualified, chemical indicator discoloration failure rate of the three groups were compared.Results There were significant difference in the 3 groups, x2=35.22, P <0.01.Experimental group 1 and group 2 were better than that of the control group, experimental group 2 was better than that of group 1.Conclusions In the case of qualified sterilizer, whether empty tube with a syringe full bloom or a place with four cartons chemical indicator can greatly improve the pass rate.To provide qualified to judge the clinical front line of sterile instruments, in particular, is an empty syringe barrel full bloom, chemical indicator discoloration 100% passing rote.
