Abstract

An experimental approach to assessing the clinical effectiveness of simulation training is described. An analysis of the relationship between the level of skills of medical specialists, the quality of neonatal resuscitation performed by full-term newborns and the dynamics of their condition during regular simulation retraining of medical specialists is presented.
