Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of secondary splenic pedicle transection method on laparoscopic splenectomy. Methods According to the stochastic averaging method, 80 cases with laparoscopic splenectomy were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40), the patients in control group were treated by conventional laparoscopic splenectomy, and the patients in observation group were treated by secondary splenic pedicle transection method in laparoscopic splenectomy. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, pull tube time, draw time of abdominal drainage tube, hospitalization time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time in the control group was significantly shorter than that in the observation group(P<0.05), draw time of abdominal drainage tube and hospitalization time were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.5%, which was significantly better than that (40.0%) in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of the secondary splenic pedicle transection method on laparoscopic splenectomy is definite, has high safety, and is worthy of clinical application. Key words: Secondary splenic pedicle transection method; Laparoscopy; Splenectomy; Adverse reaction
