Clinical effect of individual case nursing management on palmitic acid paliperidone to cure schizophrenia patient

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individual case nursing management on palmitic acid paliperidone to cure schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 98 schizophrenia patients received from February, 2015 to February, 2016 for treatment in this hospital were selected as research objects, which were divided into two groups where there were 49 cases each.The patients of the two groups applied palmitic acid paliperidone to cure.The patients of the control group received usual care, and individual case nursing management was given to the patients of the observation group.The PSP scoring, PANSS scoring and MARS scoring changes of patients in both groups were observed. Results With regard to the PANSS score comparison of both groups before treatment, the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).4, 8, 16, 24, 36 and 48 weeks after treatment, the PANSS score of the observation group was inferior to the control group(P 0.05).4, 8, 16, 24, 36 and 48 weeks after treatment, the PSP score and MARS score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of individual case nursing management on palmitic acid paliperidone to cure schizophrenia patients is significance, which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, improve social function and improve treatment compliance for the patients.
