To the Editor: Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is a rare papulosquamous disorder.1 Due to its clinical heterogeneity,2 diagnosis is frequently delayed due to its overlap with other inflammatory conditions.1 Due to its rarity, there are scarce data on clinical features and management.1,3 Hence, we examined clinical courses and treatment outcomes in a multinational cohort of PRP patients.
