Abstract

SYNOPSISClinical characteristics of headache in Parkinson's disease were studied. Headache was fairly concentrated in nuchal region and dull pain was the most prevalent. No correlation was found between nuchal rigidity and nuchal‐occipital pain. Pathogenesis of headache in Parkinson's disease was suspected to be somewhat different from that of muscle contraction headache.
