Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical features and risk factors of prognosis in patients with gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) lymphoma. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with gastric MALT lymphoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2011 to January 2018 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 38 males and 32 females with a median age of 54 years(19-82 years) in the 70 cases of MALT lymphoma. Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection was detected in 47 patients (67.1%). Patients with gastric MALT had no specificity in clinical manifestations, and the symptoms were abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea, poor appetite, hematemesis, melena.Endoscopic manifestations were mainly ulcerative, and the main site of the disease involved gastric body and autrum. Ann Arbor stage ⅢE/IV patients were more prone to occur B symptoms(unexplained body temperature >38 ℃, body mass reduction, night sweats)and anemia; IPI score, serum lactate dehydrogenase and β2-microglobulin significantly increased, and the differences were significant (P 60 years, B symptoms, β2-microglobulin, lactate dehydrogenase, and IPI score >2 were all correlated with PFS and OS (P all 2 and Hp infection were independent prognostic factors affecting progress-free survival. Conclusions Gastric MALT lymphoma is a rare and indolent tumor. After initial treatment, the clinical remission rate is high, but long-term close follow-up is still needed. Key words: Gastire mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma; Gastric lymphoma; Clinical features; Risk factors of prognosis
