Two handred postoperative cases (400 eyes) were checked using Orbscan Ⅱ to examine the eccentric cutting, the central island and so on. Results 5 cases( 10 eyes) of keratoconus and 56 eyes with thin corneal thickness were found, each percentage were 0. 84% and 4. 68%. 9 eyes(2. 25% ) of eccentric cutting were checked, and none central island. Conclusion As an important preoperative examination , Orbscan Ⅱ measurement provides important basis for designation of the surgical treatment and postoperative evaluation of efficacy.
