Abstract
目的 观察医用几丁糖预防椎间盘术后瘢痕粘连的临床效果.方法2000年9月～2003年3月,对腰椎间盘突出症常规手术患者72例随机分成两组,A组:几丁糖加游离脂肪片覆盖硬膜外.B对照组:硬膜囊外残余脂肪覆盖.术后进行功能评定及MRI检查.结果获1 2～36个月的随访,平均22个月,A组MRI显示硬膜外有明显间隙,优良率97.2%,B组MRI显示硬膜外无间隙,优良率83.3%.结论医用几丁糖对腰椎间盘术后硬膜外瘢痕的形成有明显抑制作用,结合游离脂肪在后方的遮挡作用,从而更有效地预防腰椎间盘术后硬膜外瘢痕粘连,减少腰椎手术失败综合征的发生。
