Abstract
目的 探讨带指背神经筋膜蒂顺行岛状皮瓣一期修复邻指软组织缺损的方法.方法 2001年10月-2006年5月,对38例手指近、中节的掌、背侧皮肤缺损的患者,采用邻指带指背神经筋膜蒂顺行岛状皮瓣转移修复.结果 38例皮瓣全部存活,术后随访5个月～1年,手指功能及外观良好,伤指无疼痛,皮瓣质地柔软,弹性好,两点分辨觉为8～10 mm.结论 该术式操作简单,疗程短,疗效满意,是治疗手指皮肤缺损可行的一种手术方法。
