Abstract
Objective To evaluate the treatment and efficacy of acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP).Methods The clinical datas of 122 cases of acute biliary pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2005 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results At the same time of conservative treatment in early stage,16 cases with acute obstructive supprative cholangitis(AOSC)also under went emergency surgery such as endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST)or endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD),1 case was dead; After the symptoms of ABP was controlled,99 cases under went opertions including laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC),laparoscopic common bile duct lithotomy,EST,no death occurred.Conclusions The reasonable treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis should be choosed in accordance with specific conditions.
