Abstract
经皮经肝穿刺胆管引流术已成为恶性梗阻性黄疸较为有效的治疗方法之一。与胆管引流术相关的围手术期并发症直接影响着胆管引流的效果及患者的术后生存状况，因此，相应的预防和治疗尤为重要。我们收集了我院行胆管引流术或支架置入术治疗的445例患者的临床资料，就其围手术期并发症的发生及治疗进行了分析。
