Abstract
目的 评价儿童白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的效果、并发症及防治措施.方法 选择12岁以下的白内障术后患儿共43例(55眼),其中先天性白内障18例(30眼),外伤性白内障25例(25眼).定期检查最佳矫正视力,双眼视功能,远期屈光状态和手术并发症,术后随访3～12月.结果 视力均有不同程度提高.外伤性白内障组≥0.6者17眼(68.00%),先天性白内障组≥0.6者13眼(43.33%),术后常见的并发症为葡萄膜炎,后囊浑浊,角膜水肿等.后囊浑浊是造成视力下降的主要因素.结论 儿童白内障及时诊断、早期手术,采用白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入可以获得较好的视功能.后发障是主要的术后并发症.长期随访很重要.术后后发障等并发症和弱视治疗是获得良好视功能的关键。
