Clinical analysis of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of pelvic abscess in 72 cases

Abstract

Objective To discuss efficacy value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of pelvic abscess. Methods 72 cases of laparoscopic treatment of patients with pelvic abscess during January 2006-August 2008, lysis pelvic adhesions, fallopian tube or the removal of empyema drainage, debridement, pelvic washed operation, after the application of antibiotie treatment.Results 72 cases of pelvic abscess after symptoms disappear quickly, are cured and discharged,and no case of complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with the use of antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic abscess is efficient, safe, the best diagnosis, cure more thorough approach, and laparoscopic surgery with trauma, quick recovery of the merits and is worth promoting clinical.
