Because part of corneal nerve were cut off and the tear reflection loop was destroyed in the process of corneal flap production and laser cuttting of corneal stroma which caused the decline of tear film stability and decrease of tear secretion, dry eye has always been one of common complications. Dry eye can cause the decline of patients' satisfaction after surgery, so the occurrence of dry eye should be paid attention to and the correct understanding and treatment of dry eye should be strengthened to improve patient's comfort and postoperative visual quality and reduce complications after surgery.
