Abstract
Objective To study the clinical teatures of elderly patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism were retrospectively analyzed.Results The most common reason of elderly patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism was atrial fibrillation,and the clinical manifestations were severe,there were more complications,the therapeutic efficacy was poorer than that of cerebral thrombosis,and there were significant differences ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions It has great significance for preventing elderly patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism that preventing cardiogenic diseases and actively treating atrial fibrillation.
