Abstract
目的 总结手足口病并发脑炎病例临床诊治经验.方法 对2008年5月至7月我院诊治的16例小儿手足口病并发脑炎的临床特征和治疗转归进行回顾性分析.结果 我院住院的141例手足口病病例中,并发脑炎者16例.所有病例均有口腔黏膜溃疡性疱疹及四肢末端水疱样皮疹等典型临床症状和体征.全部病例治愈、好转(1例右下肢瘫痪)出院,平均住院天数7.8 d.结论 对于少数并发中枢神经系统感染的手足口病危重病例,要给予高度重视,早期发现、早期诊断、早期抢救治疗是最大限度降低病死率、致残率的关键。
