Abstract

This article aims to discuss and analyze the effects of climate change within the scope of human rights. The methodology is analytical and qualitative, using literature review methods. The results demonstrate a need for measures that protect human rights, presented in an increasingly shapeless reality and suffering from the effects of climate change. The final considerations weave the difficulties for applying these measures that aim to protect human rights and the concept of climate justice as a proposal to the challenges that encompass the consequences of climate change.
