Abstract
CASE WESTERN RESERVE University Hospitals' comprehensive (MacDonald) women's facility and School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, are establishing a climacteric gynecology gellowship program. In announcing the program this fall, University Hospitals of Cleveland predicted that more than 20 million women in this country will reach menopausal age by the turn of the century. Fellowship training will focus on managing menopausal changes, including hormone replacement, and menopause-related Wulf H. Utian, MBBCh, PhD, president, North American Menopause Society, and president-elect, International Menopause Society, is director, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University MacDonald; professor and chair, Department of Reproductive Biology, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine; and director, Cleveland Menopause Clinic.
